The menu featured a mix of local cuisine and international favorites, showcasing the chef's creativity with a focus on seasonal ingredients. What stood out was the unique Schnaps made from apples and pears grown right in the hotel's backyard. This local spirit added an exciting twist to my dinner. I indulged in several dishes, notably the hearty stew that perfectly complemented the fresh bread served at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, while the large buffet offered a decent selection, I felt it could include a bit more variety to elevate the morning experience. The hotel serves as a solid choice for food enthusiasts seeking an escape, and it certainly left an impression that I won't hesitate to recommend to fellow travelers.
